Terms and Conditions

1) LUNA Sound tickets are not refundable.
2) By purchasing tickets, I agree that myself and my fellow ticket holders will be at least 19 years of age at the time of the festival. I understand that government identification will be checked at venues and I will be refused entry if I am unable to supply appropriate valid identification.
3) By purchasing tickets, I waive all rights and claims to which I may become entitled for injury at LUNA Sound and release Arts Revelstoke, their directors, officers, staff and agents from any claims for damages or injury suffered by myself as a result of my attendance at LUNA Sound.
4) I am aware that for the sole purposes of promotion and marketing, my likeness or the likeness of fellow ticket holders may be used in the form of photographs, written documentation or video recordings. I hereby grant permission to Arts Revelstoke for use of any such photos, video, printed material or audio recordings for promotional purposes without further approval from myself, my heirs, executors or administrators.

Your tickets are being purchased from Revelstoke Arts Council (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
